Our third visit to the Nottingam Marathon marked a special milestone for us - our 100th gig. When we did our first in March 2010 we knew we were on to something, but gaining a reputation as one of Reading's hardest working bands is something we're really proud of.

Huge thanks to our regular supporters who follow us, to the venues we play for their hospitality, to the many friends of the band who helped us in the early days, and still do.

Pleasure to play at the Jazz Cafe - Great crowd, top venue! Once again a top performance by Amy, backed by the boys - thanks also to the JC team for their hospitality and sound management! Really looking forward to our return visit on 7 December - book a table, get on the dance floor - don't miss this one!

Great weekend - Super night on Saturday at Jack's party - Thanx so much for inviting us to play - Great night!   Sunday saw us at Forbury Gardens on the Bandstand! We were lucky with the weather, and attracted quite a crowd! This was the first time this summer a pop/rock band has played there on a Sunday afternoon - we hope to repeat next year.

Wow - 4 gigs in 3 days - Tilehurst Festival in Prospect Park, The Westwood Club, The Pond House, Whitchurch "Street Party"! Talk about variety - all great fun - shame we only play one Queen number - start a campaign!! Thanks to all involved in some proper hospitality and organisation!

Hall of Sound Friday (Thanks to Colin for another evening of variety and quality) and Working Mens Club Saturday - Thanks to everyone for your support - great to see so many of our friends!!    

Fantastic 3 in a row 5/6/7 April. Entertaining the London Broncos crowd, revisiting the Red Lion, Debut at The Thatchers Woodley - we really enjoyed the test! Kind comments all round - we're on a mission!!  Thanks to everyone for their welcome and hospitality - pleasure to play!! 

Leaving the house at half five this morning at minus one degrees was not a fantastic start, but what a day it turned out to be.  Reading Half Marathon is always a great event and this year again we were not disappointed.  We were asked to play this time right by the front of the Mad Stad and I must say we could not be happier.  The sun shone and the runners were a pleasure as always to play for.  Watching ordinary people (not forgetting the professionals) running for such worthwhile causes is always emotional and we salute one and all.  Every person there today deserved our support.  A special mention to the man in the Mankini who actually managed to put Amy off her song and of course those that dressed up in costumes, it must have made that equally hard.

As always the crowd got behind the runners and requests were flying in...... keep on running seems to be a firm favourite..... can't imagine why!

Back to work after a 4 week layoff - couple of really enjoyable gigs. Always a knowledgeable crowd at the PH - well received as usual, Debbie and Theresa being super hosts as always!  

Our debut at the Swan, Sherborne St John was one of our best - as things warmed up, audience parcipitation increased - excellent atmosphere! Thanks to Carl and the team - pleasure to play!!

Thanks so much to Ann and everyone at the Eldon for making us so welcome! Good gig - thanks also to our "regulars" and the Goring posse for their support! We'll be back in March for Mandy's special occasion - let's see if we can really pack the place out!! 

As the song says, oh what a night!! Fantastic atmosphere, as always great hospitality from John and the guys at the GSC! Our third appearance at this top club was one of our best - yes, we were on good form, Amy fantastic as always, but it's always easier with a response like this! Thanks as always to our regular supporters for being there throughout the year - it means an lot. Quite a bit of new material coming through - catch us soon - see what the fuss is about!  Definitely hoping to be back to GSC at least once in 2012!! 

Excellent evening at the Hall of Sound - Congrats to Colin for producing an evening of such quality and diversity!! Attendance was good last year, but even better this - great atmosphere, the Gens closing the show with the usual high energy mixture of rock/pop/ska/r&b........ Hope to make it a threepeat next year!

Our return to The Pond House on Sat night moved along nicely, the second set really kicked out! Thanks to Debbie and Theresa for their usual hospitaliity - See you again in Feb and Mar 2012!!

Great to be back!! Home crowd for Purley - as always, great atmosphere - our first gig at Bell & Bottle Shinfield was a bit of a challenge with Harry managing to play bass with a broken right hand!! As usual, our 2nd set had most up on the dancefloor till late! If you haven't caught one of our gigs yet, catch us at the Hall of Sound evening in Pangbourne on 16 Dec, or the night after at the Pond House!

Our last gig before our break couldn't have been better! Pangbourne WMC is a top venue, always making us feel welcome, great birthday bash, thanks to Terry and Kathy for a great evening - this was one of our best, thanks to a sensational performance by the one and only Amy!! A pleasure to be back at the GSC! Our first visit almost a year ago was well received, more people in the audience this time. T-shirt sales going up as well - don't miss out!! We hope to make a return visit asap!

Getting up at 4 am after 3 hours sleep - not getting home till past 6 on the Sunday - we love it! Always an enjoyable gig - friendly reception from all the team - we overcame one or two technical issues and the remnants of a hurricane to give Nottingham some rock'n'roll! Already looking forward to next year!

Our first gig at KVSC - really neat club - great welcome from Ian and the team. Another hugeley enjoyable gig - appreciative audience, but we didn't expect dancing on the table!! As usual, top performances by Amy and Harry stole the show - we're after a return visit - watch this space! 

Great welcome from Debbie and Theresa - not that many in early on, but the place filled up nicely - these guys know their music, and helped create a great atmosphere. Watch this space - we're aiming to be back!! PS T-shirt sales going well - don't forget yours at the next gig!

Since we started gigging in Mar 2010 we have averaged almost a gig per week. Although we absololutely love it, we're taking a little time out to recharge from the end of September! But worry not, our brilliant supporters - we'll be back in late November/early December to rock you lots more!!  See you then!
